Patricia M. Soldano has spent over 25 years managing family offices, providing full service, integrated family office services to many families. She developed Cymric Family Office Services into a multi-family office in 1996, and in January of 2009, she sold Cymric to GenSpring Family Offices, which serves many of the world's wealthiest families and advises on over $11 billion of assets. Ms. Soldano was the Managing Director of Western Region and then a Family Office Consultant to GenSpring before retiring December of 2017. Ms. Soldano is now a Family Business Consultant working directly with families herself.

Michael J. Zarrelli is the Founder and President of Zarrelli Strategies, Inc., a government affairs firm focused on business centered public policy solutions. An advocate for almost thirty years, Mr. Zarrelli is well versed in holistically analyzing government actions, determining impact and trends, and working with internal and external constituencies to influence these actions for positive results.

In addition, Mr. Zarrelli is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Policy and Taxation Group, a single-issue organization dedicated to the repeal of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) taxes, and educating elected officials, influencers, and the public about the destructive effect those taxes have on families, family businesses, job creation, and charitable community investment.

Prior to joining the family office, Josh spent ten years in the software industry in corporate development roles where he worked with the various company's venture partners on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and exits. Josh graduated from the University of Vermont in 1993. Prior to that he was a nationally ranked alpine ski racer and attended Killington Mountain School and graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall.

Prior to founding his company, Mr. Zarrelli spent the last 17 years as the Managing Counsel / Federal Affairs Manager for Alticor Inc. in Washington, DC. Alticor is the parent of Amway Corporation, an $11.8 billion direct selling company based in Ada, Michigan. The multi-national company competes in the global marketplace and sells products in more than 80 countries and territories worldwide through foreign sales affiliates.

Additionally, Mr. Zarrelli also served as a political appointee for New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani in his Washington Bureau as a Legislative Representative, an advocate for Mobil Oil Corporation, the American Petroleum Institute, the American Bar Association, and the law firm of Faegre & Benson in a federal affairs capacity.

Mr. Zarrelli received a B.A. in Political Science from Hartwick College and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America - Columbus School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association. Mr. Zarrelli also serves on the board of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) and the United States Capitol Historical Society (USCHS).

He resides in Maryland with his wife Leslie Gotch Zarrelli and their two children, Nathaniel and Cecelia. They are active members of the St. Andrew Apostle Church and regularly volunteer in the community and at the St. Andrew Apostle School.

Fred Nazem is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, one of the earliest venture capitalists, and a corporate architect who has founded, operated or financed several multi-billion dollar corporations. He has been building highly disruptive, industry-leading healthcare and technology companies since the early 1970's when he established several private venture capital partnerships, including Nazem & Company. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Nazem & Company, Mr. Nazem either started, financed or guided over two hundred companies in the information technology, telecommunications, healthcare and digital media sectors. Many of these companies have become leaders in their industries, some 60 of them went public, and more than two-dozen have grown into multibillion dollar enterprises..

Mr. Nazem's career has been marked by a strong affinity for the digitization of healthcare services. Among his many contributions to the healthcare field, he is credited for having co-led a group of 12 investor-entrepreneurs who enabled the formation and commercialization of MRI technology. He founded Cirrus Logic (OTC:CRUS), a leading semiconductor company, Blue Bird Bio (OTC:BLUE), a gene therapy company and Genesis Health Ventures, (NYSE:GHV), a leading eldercare company. He also backed companies like Universal Health System (NYSE:UHS), a leading forprofit hospital system, and Oxford Health Plans, (OTC: OXHP), a company he initially financed as a VC, then later stepped in as Chairman, leading a successful turnaround when Oxford experienced operational and financial difficulties in the late 1990's.

For the past decade, Mr. Nazem has been a passionate advocate for the digital delivery of highly personalized regenerative medicine in a consumer-centric environment. He is currently the CEO of Rejuvenan Global Health, an early stage epigenetics company focused on commercializing the revolutionary findings of the 2009 Nobel Prize in Telomere biology. A scientist turned financier, Mr. Nazem holds a B.S. degree in biochemistry from Ohio State University, an M.S. degree in physical chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, an M.B.A in finance from Columbia University, and has done doctoral work in quantum physics at Washington University. Among many honors, he is the recipient of the Fulbright One to World award and the Ellis Island Medal of Honor for his contributions to the American economy.

He was also the Chief Economist of CJ Lawrence, Prudential-Bache Securities, and EF Hutton. Dr. Ed earned his PhD in economics from Yale University in 1976, having completed his doctoral dissertation under Nobel Laureate James Tobin. Previously, he received a master's degree in international relations from Yale. He completed his undergraduate studies magna cum laude at Cornell University.
